GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
These three elements serve as the building blocks for all of our group classes. Below each class description, you’ll see a breakdown of strength, conditioning, and mobility levels for that class.

CONDITIONING
Exercise that has the ability to raise your heart rate and sustain a higher heart rate for a period of time.

STRENGTH
The body’s ability to produce force against external resistance or leverage bodyweight.

MOBILITY
The ability to move freely and easily through a full range of motion.
FIT BODY BOOTCAMP 50 MINUTES
These fun, intense classes are designed to give you the butt-kicking workout that is guaranteed to have you conditioned, pumped-up, and ready to tackle any obstacle life throws at you.

TRX BODY BLAST 50 MINUTES
Build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and strengthen your core with TRX Body Blast. A mix of strength and high intensity interval training, this non stop total body workout focuses on burning fat and building muscular endurance. Get ready to challenge your upper body, lower body and core. Improve your stamina and expect to build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total body workout.

READY 3-2-1 50 MINUTES
A circuit class that combines 3 min of Strength Training, 2 min of Cardio, and 1 min of Abdominal / Core work into each Block. Combining Strength, Cardio, and Core into each workout segment creates a super calorie-busting workout and puts your metabolism in to overdrive long after the class is finished.

TRX FIT 50 MINUTES
This is a high-intensity workout designed to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios, and increase cardio capacity while getting you to sweat and have fun.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH 50 MINUTES
A complete program that covers lifting, functional movements, overall lifestyle and mindset. Training in various phases allows the body to be challenged and helps prevent plateau. The basic movements may remain the same, but we change up reps, load, tempo and intensities to keep the body guessing. No-cardio required to work hard in this class.

TRX BASICS 50 MINUTES
We will teach you how to set the Suspension Trainer, perform a variety of TRX exercises, how to focus on them, find your level of progression, apply the right training load and finally challenge your goals.

Expiry dates: 5 & 10 session packages expire 6 months after the date of your first appointment. 20 & 30 Session packages expire 12 months after the date of first appointment. 40 & 50 Session packages expire 24 months after the date of first appointment.
In order to receive the volume discount on the sessions, the participant MUST complete all sessions. No refunds are given on fitness packages. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice. Any appointments with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
