4 - 30 Minute Exercise Sessions: These sessions will be focusing on mobilizing joints and strengthening weak muscles to improve body function.
4 Weeks - 15 Minute Daily Exercises: These self guided daily exercises will reinforce sustaining mobility and function.
Getting Started Program
1 - 50 Minute Functional Assessment, Body Composition & Goal Setting Session
3 - 50 Minute Individual Personal Training Sessions: Our fitness coach will work on both your strength and improving your form and function during the exercise sessions.
