Fit For Birth is a 3 week pregnancy fitness workshop devoted to pregnant ladies and their bumps! Take time and fully indulge in a prenatal only class, meet other pregnant ladies and enjoy some movement at the same time! 


Taught in small classes, enjoy 50 minutes of exercise suitable for pregnancy.  We work on mobility movements, posture, back release and pelvic floor as well as bodyweight exercises, cardio and strengthening. Each session is different and can be adapted for those within the class. One week we may concentrate on toning and strength work, another week flexibility and mat based work.


Throughout the workshop, we will be talking through pregnancy and areas that you may wish to discuss or ask questions about eg nutrition, how to sleep better or birth planning.


The content and type of exercise, as well as the topics covered in the antenatal class can be easily adapted to clients and their stage of pregnancy.


It doesn’t matter if you are 12 weeks and are still feeling a bit green, in your blooming 2nd trimester or sporting a beautiful bump you can join whenever you please and work as hard (or not) as you wish – mum knows best in all our sessions! You can choose to work at a level that is right for you, which can change on a weekly basis.


The class is suitable for any 'fitness' level from absolute beginner to a client who wishes to maintain fitness levels during pregnancy.


This workshop is a great way to meet other mums to be and build up that vital support network for those postnatal days!
